MINUTES
COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION:
Mayor Luna called the meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
Council Member O’Malley announced that he was stepping down due to an
interest in real property that is too close.

a. Conference with legal counsel – Existing litigation
(Govt. Code Sec. 54956.9 (a))
1. Creekside Associates v. City of Atascadero

The City Attorney announced that there was no reportable action taken.
