Mayor O’Malley called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.

Present: Council Members Clay, Fonzi, Kelley, Sturtevant and Mayor
O’Malley
Absent: None
Others Present: City Clerk / Assistant to City Manager Marcia McClure Torgerson

INTERVIEWS AND APPOINTMENTS:
City Clerk Marcia McClure Torgerson reviewed the interview process with the Council.
1. Planning Commission
City Clerk recommendation: Council interview the nine candidates and
select, by ballot, two citizens to serve on the Planning Commission.
The City Council interviewed the nine candidates and selected, by ballot, Chuck Ward
and Christian Cooper to serve in the At Large positions on the Planning Commission.
2. Parks & Recreation Commission
City Clerk recommendation: Council interview the four candidates and select,
by ballot, two citizens to serve on the Parks & Recreation Commission.
The City Council interviewed the four candidates and selected, by ballot, Barbie Butz
and Charlie Joslin to serve in the At Large positions on the Parks and Recreation
Commission.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor O’Malley adjourned the meeting at 5:15 p.m. to the Special Meeting scheduled at
5:45 p.m.
