EAGLE CREEK PROJECT
DESCRIPTION. The proposed project consists of a General Plan Amendment that
includes the conversion of the existing Eagle Creek Golf Course into a residential and
recreation use. Preliminary plans indicate that two (2) -additional single-family dwellings
are proposed and the remaining Eagle Greek Golf Course would be converted into a
sports field. The applicant will be making a 10-15 minute presentation and responding
to questions of Council and Commissions.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
ADJOURNMENT: 6:30 p.m.
The City Council, Planning Commission, and Darks & Recreation Commission will
adjourn to their next regularly scheduled meetings_

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council, Planning Commission, and Parks and
Recreation Commission of the City of Atascadero will conduct a study session on Tuesday,
March 28, 2006, commencing at City Hall, Council Chambers, 6907 EI Camino Real,
Atascadero, from 5:30 — 6:30 P.M. to receive a presentation from the project applicant. The
purpose of this study session is to receive comments from the public, Commissions, and
Council on the proposed project prior to any formal public hearings.
