PUBLIC COMMENT
The following people spoke during public comment: Ron Rinnell, Certified Arborist, and

than the 24 -inch box required by the conditions, in order to reduce or waive the
mitigation fees. Mr. Rinnell and Mr. Guzman answered questions from the Commission.
Ms. Taylor stated that the City's adopted Native Tree Guidelines do not provide a
standard replacement calculation for transplanted trees, but staff would be supportive of
transplanting of a larger tree at this location. It would be at the discretion of the
Commission to change the conditions regarding replacement and mitigation
requirements in this situation.

The accessory structure is proposed towards the back of the property, off a

existing code enforcement case.
