ATASCADERO CITY COUNCIL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Atascadero City Council
adjourned its regular meeting of April 10, 1990, to a Closed
Session to be held at 3 : 00 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, 1990, for
the purpose of discussion regarding (1) employee salary negoti-
ations, ( 2) matters of potential litigation, (3) workers
compensation matters, and (4 ) proposed purchase of property
located in the 9000 block of Morro Road (Mumford) . Following
said Closed Session, the Council will adjourn to an Open Session
to take action on the property matter, Item (4) above. Said
meeting shall be held in the 4th Floor Club Room, City Adminis-
tration Building, 6500 Palma Ave.

a. Authorize Mayor to sign Purchase, Sale, and Reciprocal
Option Agreement for Lot 32, Block JC, Morro Rd. (Mum-
ford)
