PLANNING COMMISSION
MINUTES
Regular Meeting
Tuesday, October 17, 2006 — 7:00 P.M.
Vice Chairperson O'Keefe called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Commissioners Fonzi, Kelley, and Vice Chairperson O'Keefe
Absent: Commissioners Jones, Porter, Slane and Chairperson Beraud
Others Present: Recording Secretary Grace Pucci
Staff Present: Community Development Director Warren Frace, Public Works
Director Steve Kahn, Deputy Community Development Director
Steve McHarris, Associate Planner Kelly Gleason, and Assistant
Planner Callie Taylor.
The Recording Secretary announced that there was not a quorum for the meeting.
Community Development Director Warren Frace announced that due to the lack of a
quorum, the meeting would be adjourned at 7:01 p.m. to the next regularly scheduled
meeting of the Planning Commission on November 7, 2006.
