Vice Chairman Clark called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. and Commissioner Jeanes
led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Present: Commissioners Bentz, Clark, Eddings, Fonzi, Jeanes, and Kelly
Absent: Chairman Carden

Staff Present: Assistant Planner Phil Dunsmore

ADJOURNMENT
Vice Chairman Clark adjourned the meeting at 7:10 p.m. to the Planning Commission
Study Session for the Atascadero Bicycle Transportation Plan.

At the conclusion of the Study Session, Commissioner Clark gave notice of his
resignation from the Planning Commission. An official resignation letter was submitted
to Staff and the Mayor.
