ROLL CALL: Present : Councilmembers Shiers, Mackey, Borgeson, Lilley and Mayor Dexter Staff Present : Ray Windsor , City Manager ; Henry Engen, Community Development Director ; Art Montandon, City Attorney; Gary Sims, Senior Civil Engineer , Kathy Stewart , Engineering Technician I and Lee Dayka, City Clerk The Community Development Director clarified the need for this adjourned regular meeting of the City Council indicating that the San Luis Obispo County Recorder ' s Office had established February 27, 1990 at 4:00 p .m. as the deadline for recordation of all final maps. He stated further that in order for the City of Atascadero to record the following maps in a timely manner , he had requested this meeting so that the Council could give approval to said maps. A. CONSENT CALENDAR: By common consent , Council heard each item separately. 1 . ACCEPTANCE OF FINAL TRACT MAP 13-87, 8519 EL DORADO ROAD— Subdivision of six parcels containing 6.81 acres into twelve lots containing approximately 20,000 sq . ft . each (Peterson/Devencenzi ) Councilwoman Borgeson asked to see the map . Mr . Engen and Ms. Steward responded to Council questions and indicated that all conditions of approval have been met . MOTION: By Councilwoman Mackey and seconded by Councilman Lilley to approve Final Tract Map 13-87, 8519 E1 Dorado Road ; passed unanimously by roll call vote. CC2/26/90 Page 1 2. ACCEPTANCE OF FINAL PARCEL MAP 10-899 12500 SANTA ANA ROAD- Subdivision of 10.51 acres into two lots of 5.26 ac . each (Master Mortgage Co . /Volbrecht Surveys) Mr . Engen reported that all conditions of approval had been met . MOTION: By Councilwoman Mackey, seconded by Councilman Lilley to approve Final Parcel Map 10-89, 12500 Santa Ana Road ; passed unanimously by roll call vote. 3. ACCEPTANCE OF FINAL PARCEL MAP 41-87p 8955 ORTEGA ROAD- Subdivision of 6.57 acres into two parcels of 3.07 and 3.50 acres (West/Volbrecht Surveys) Mr . Engen reported that the map was in conformance. Ms. Stewart added that the application had met with the option to defer and Mr . Sims indicated that the City held a $24,000 lien. Brief council discussion followed regarding City-held liens on properties to insure improvements and Ms. Stewart further reported that there were no other liens on the subject property. MOTION: By Councilman Lilley and seconded by Councilwoman Borgeson to approve Final Parcel Map 41-87 at e955 Ortega Road; passed unanimously by roll call vote. B.
