RESOLUTION NO. 44 -84
A RESOLUTION OF THE ATASCADERO SANITATION DISTRICT
APPROVING SEWER EXTENSION 44 -84 EXTENDING PUBLIC
SEWER SERVICE TO LOT 48F, BLOCK NC, APN 29-221-02
WHEREAS, the Atascadero Sanitation District is empowered by
its regulations to extend service to areas outside of Improvement
District No. 1; and,
WHEREAS, the subject area along Cayucos near its intersection
with Hermosillo Ave is contiguous to existing Improvement District
No. 1; and,
WHEREAS, Lot 48F, Blk NC will be required to design and con-
struct a sewer main extension at their expense prior to connection
and it appears feasible to do so; and,
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to extend public sewer service to areas
such as this one which have identified septic system failure problems.
WHEREAS, a cease and desist order (which encourages hookups to the
sewer system) is now in effect in this area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Atascadero Sanitation
District does hereby approve of the extension of public sewer service
to the following lot, subject to the payment of appropriate fees
as listed in the Consolidated Sanitation District Ordinances:
LOT 48F, BLOCK NC
On motion by Board Member Molina and seconded by Board
Member Norris , the foregoing resolution is adopted in its
entirety by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Board Member Molina, Norris, Mackey, Handshy and President
Nelson.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
