A RESOLUTION OF THE ATASCADERO COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT
APPROVING SEWER EXTENSION 42-84 EXTENDING PUBLIC j
SEWER SERVICE TO LOT 9 , BLOCK Q, APN 28-191-01
WHEREAS, the Atascadero County Sanitation District is empowered
by its regulations to extend service to areas outside of Improvement
District No. 1; and,
WHEREAS, Clark Iverson owns the property described in exhibit
A and B attached to this resolution; and,
WHEREAS, said property is contiguous to improvement district
No. 1, and within the future annexation area of San Jacinto and
Dolores Avenue; and,
WHEREAS, property owner wishes to connect to the existing
sewer system; and,
WHEREAS, the public works department will approve the con-
nection details of the pressurized line to the sewer main;and,
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of Atascadero County Sanitation
District to provide sewer service to residential development in
j this area of the cite.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Atascadero County
Sanitation District does hereby approve of the extension of
public sewer service to the following lot, subject to the payment
of appropriate fees as listed in the Consolidated Sanitation
District Ordinances:
LOT 9 , BLOCK Q
subject to the following conditions:
1. Any on site sewer lift or pump station must be designed and
constructed to eliminate pumping into the collection system dur-
ing periods of peak sewer flows. The system must be designed by
a Civil Engineer registered in the state of California, and ap-
proved by the City Engineer. Said on-site pump station shall
have provisions for monitoring, by District employees, to det-
ermine pumping time utilized.
2. Obtain all necessary plumbing and street encroachment permits.
3. Payment of all connection extension fees as provided in the
Atascadero County Sanitation District Ordinance Code.

Member Norris , the foregoing resolution is adopted in its
entirety by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Board Member Molina, Norris, Mackey', Handshy and President Nelson
