RESOLUTION APPROVING SATISFACTION OF IN LIEU
ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT WITH DANIEL AND CONNIE VANLERBERGHE
AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAME
WHEREAS, on December 14, 1976, the San Luis Obispo County Board of
Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 76-785, an In Lieu Assessment Fee
Agreement with Daniel and Connie Vanlerberghe; and
WHEREAS, Daniel and Connie Vanlerberghe have paid in full to the
Atascadero County Sanitation District the required In Lieu Assessment
amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the
Atascadero County Sanitation District as follows:
1. That the Agreement attached hereto and marked Exhibit 1, be
and hereby is, approved, and the President of the Board of
Directors be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to
execute same on behalf of the Atascadero County Sanitation
District.
2. That the Secretary is hereby directed to record the executed
copy of said Agreement with the County Recorder.
On motion of Director Molina and seconded by Director Norris
the foreoing resolution is adopted in its entirety on the following
vote:
AYES: Director Molina, Norris, Mackey and Handshy, and President
Nelson.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

SATISFACTION OF IN LIEU ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Atascadero County Sanita-
tion District, located in the City of Atascadero, does certify that
the In-Lieu-Assessment Agreement dated the 14th day of December, 1976,
made and executed by Daniel and Connie Vanlerberghe with the Atasca-
dero County Sanitation District, and recorded in the San Luis Obispo
County Recorder ' s Office on the 29th day of December, 1976, in Book
1945, pages 461 and 472, of Official Records, has been paid in full,
and the Atascadero County Sanitation District does hereby consent that
same be discharged of record.

County Sanitation District, a public corporation, and known to me to
be the persons who executed the within instrument on behalf of said
public corporation, and acknowledged to me that such public corporated
the same.
