RESOLUTION NO. 39-84
A RESOLUTION TO CORRECT A CODE REFERENCE CONTAINED
IN RESOLUTION NO. 33-84 WHICH ADOPTS SERVICE CHARGES
TO BE ADDED TO THE 1984-85 PROPERTY TAX BILL
WHEREAS, this Resolution corrects a code reference contained in
Resolution No. 33-84 which refers to Section 54354. 5 of the Government
Code, and should read Section 5471 et seq of the Health and Safety
Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors that the
proper Code Reference has been made and corrected with this
Resolution.
Upon motion by Board Member Mackey , seconded by
Board Member Handshy , and on the following roll call
vote, to wit:
AYES : Board Members Handshy, Mackey, Norris and Molina and President
Nelson.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
