RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND GIVING NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE ATASCADERO WATER RECLAMATION PLANT
CONTRACT NO. P130305
WHEREAS, the Atascadero County Sanitation District, did on
April 12, 1982 award a contract to Pacific Mechanical Corpora-
tion, P. 0. Box 4041, Concord, California for construction of the
Atascadero Water Reclamation Plant; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has certified that said
work has been completed in accordance with the provisions of the
contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said work is accepted as
completed on the 27th day of February, 1984, and the City Clerk
is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion in the Office
of the Recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo.
ON MOTION by Board Member Wilkins , and seconded by Board
Member Molina , the Atascadero County Sanitation District hereby
adopts the foregoing proposed resolution in its entirety on the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Molina, Nelson, Stover, Wilkins, Mayor Mackey
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

I, MURRAY L. WARDEN, Secretary of the Board of Directors of
the Atascadero County Sanitation District, San Luis Obispo Coun-
ty, California, hereby certify as follows:
The foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a resolu-
tion duly adopted at a regular meeting of said Board of Directors
duly and regularly and legally held at the regular meeting place
thereof on March 12, 1984, of which meeting all of the members of
said Board of Directors had due notice and at which a majority
therof was present.
At said meeting said resolution was adopted by the following
vote:
AYES: Director Molina, Stover , Wilkins, Nelson and President
Mackey
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
I have carefully compared the same with the original minutes
of said meeting on file and of record in said District, and the
foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of the original reso-
lution adopted at said meeting and entered in said minutes.
Said resolution has not been amended, modified or rescinded
since the date of its adoption, and the same is now in full force
and effect.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the undersigned Clerk of the City
of Atascadero, San Luis Obispo County, California, that the Atas-
cadero Water Reclamation Plant, Cal Fed C-06-1324-110 FmHA 04-40-
956000939 has been completed by Pacific Mechanical Corporation and
that said work was accepted as complete on March 12, by the attached
minute order of the City Council of Atascadero, dated March 12, 1984.

The undersigned hereby deposes and says;
That she is the Clerk of the City of Atascadero, San Luis Obispo
County, California; that she has read the foregoing notice and knows
the contents thereof; that the same is true of her own knowledge.

CERTIFICATION OF COMPLETION
The undersigned hereby ceritfies that the construction of a
Water Reclamation Plant (Cal Fed C-06-1324-110 FmHA 04-40-956000939)
by Pacific Mechanical Corporation, has been inspected and found to
comply with the approved plans and specifications.
It is therefore recommended that the work be accepted as
completed by the Atascadero City Council, and that the City Clerk
by authorized to file a Notice of Completion.

The subject project was completed on February 27 , 1984 to our
satisfaction. There were no liquidated damages since the project
was completed in accordance with the working days allowed. We would
recommend that the project be accepted by the Atascadero County
Sanitation District Board and the Notice of Completion be filed with
the Recorder.
