RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO
INSTITUTE A CIVIL ACTION IN THE NAME OF THE
CITY AGAINST C. SANCHEZ & SONS TO RECOVER
DAMAGES TO A CITY BRIDGE AND CITY VEHICLE
AS A RESULT OF AN INCIDENT WHICH OCCURRED
ON OCTOBER 8, 1982
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The City Attorney is authorized, instructed, and
directed to bring a civil action in the name of the City of
Atascadero against C. Sanchez & Sons, dba Sanchez Equipment Co. ,
1230 Mission Drive, Solvang, CA 93463, to recover loss and
damages to the City in the form of damages to a city bridge and a
city vehicle as a result of an incident which occurred on October
8, 1982.
On motion by Councilman Molina and seconded by
Councilman Wilkins , the City Council of the City of Atascadero
hereby adopts the foregoing resolution in its entirety on the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilman Wilkins, Molina, Nelson, Stover, -Mayor Mackey
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ADOPTED: January 23, 1984
