City Council and
Planning Commission Meeting
Review of the Eagle Ranch Specific Plan Project
When: February 26, 2013 at 6:00 PM
Where: City Hall, Council Chambers, 6907 El Camino Real Atascadero, CA 93422
The Project: The Eagle Ranch project includes applications for a General Plan
Amendment, Specific Plan and Annexation for a 3,450 +/- acre area located on
Atascadero's southern boundary.
Purpose: The City Council and Planning Commission will be reviewing the latest
project proposal for the Eagle Ranch Specific Plan on February 26th. The purpose of the
meeting is to determine if the project is ready to begin the Environmental Impact Report
(EIR) process. The EIR process is expected to take one year and will include multiple
opportunities for public comment and participation. The Council will be reviewing a
recommendation from the City's Design Review Committee and will be taking public
comment. The public is encouraged to attend the meeting and will be given an
opportunity to speak.
