MEETING PURPOSE AND OVERVIEW:
APPLICANT PROJECT PRESENTATION:
The proposed project consists of a Conditional Use permit for a 10 Screen Movie
THEATRE (33,000 sf), RETAIL (2350 st), RESTAURANT (4330 sf) on a 2 acre site.
The project is proposed at 6420 EI Camino Real.
PUBLIC COMMENT: Members of the public may address the legislative bodies
concerning the subject of this Special Joint Meeting, limited to three (3) minutes each.
