COMMISSION MEETING
Rancho de Paraiso Site tour
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Atascadero City Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint
meeting to conduct a walking tour Thursday, February 8, 2007 beginning at 1:30 P.M. The City
Council, Planning Commission and interested members of the public will meet at the Atascadero City
Hall, 6907 EI Camino Real, Atascadero, California in front of the City Council Chambers at 1:30 to depart
for the site. The purpose of this tour is to review the location and preliminary design of a proposed 14 -lot
subdivision located between Santa Lucia Road, Laurel Road, San Gabriel Road and Portal Road.
This is a guided tour. All members of the public must stay with the tour. A bus will be provided for the
City Council, Planning Commission and staff. The public will be responsible for providing their own
transportation.
Please remember that the ranch is private property and public access to the ranch is not permitted
except during the date and time of this meeting. For safety reasons, members of the public must stay
with City Council and Planning Commission while on the ranch.
