RECREATION COMMISSION
STUDY SESSION
REGARDING THE EAGLE CREEK PROJECT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council, Planning Commission, and Parks and
Recreation Commission of the City of Atascadero will conduct a study session on Tuesday,
March 28, 2006, commencing at City Hall, Council Chambers, 6907 EI Camino Real,
Atascadero, from 5:30 — 6:30 P.M. to receive a presentation from the project applicant. The
purpose of this study session is to receive comments from the public, Commissions, and
Council on the proposed project prior to any formal public hearings.

The proposed project includes the conversion of the existing Eagle Creek Golf
Description:
Course into a residential and recreation use. Preliminary plans indicate that
two (2) additional Single -Family Dwellings are proposed and the remaining
Eagle Creek Golf Course would be converted into a sports field.
This is a public meeting and the public is encouraged to attend the study session. If you have
