CONSENT CALENDAR
(All items on the consent calendar are considered to be routine and non -controversial by City Staff and will
be approved by one motion if no member of the Commission or public wishes to comment or ask questions)
1. Approval of minutes of the regular Planning Commission meeting of April 6, 1999
2. Time Extension Request — Tentative Tract Map 94005 (9244-9248 San Rafael,
O'ReillyNaughan Surveys)
3. Tree Removal Application for Precise Plan #99003 (3225 San Fernando Road, Battle)
PUBLIC HEARINGS
(For each of the following items, the public will be given an opportunity to speak. After a staff report, the
Chair will open the public hearing and invite the applicant or applicant's representative to make any
comments. Members of the public will be invited to provide testimony to the Commission following the
applicant. Speakers should state their name and address for the record and can address the Commission
for five minutes. After all public comments have been received, the public hearing will be closed, and the
Commission will discuss the item and take appropriate action(s))
4. Tentative Parcel Map 99002 — 6105 San Anselmo
(Kelly Gearhart)
An application proposing division of one commercial lot into three (3) parcels.
Environmental determination: Negative Declaration 99008 has been prepared to evaluate
the environmental impacts of this project. (Staff recommendation: Adopt Resolution No.
PC1999-015)
5. Conditional Use Permit 99002 — 5000 San Palo Road
(Kelly Gearhart)
Application proposing establishment of a used car sales lot. This project is categorically
exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per
State CEQA Guidelines Section 15303. (Staff recommendation: Adopt Resolution No.
PC 1999-016)
6. General Plan Amendment 99002 — 905 El Camino Real
(Gearhart/Cannon Associates)
A General Plan Amendment to include property in the Urban Service Line for the purpose
of providing sewer services. Environmental determination: A Mitigated Negative
Declaration for the Master Plan was adopted on March 16, 1999. (Staff recommendation:
Adopt Resolution No. PC] 999-017)

Clarification on conditions of approval regarding action taken at the April 6, 1999
