RESOLUTION OF THE ATASCADERO CITY COUNCIL
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF PARCEL NO. 4 IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND V. M. COOK, ET AL,
RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OF MALL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the Atascadero City Council has approved an Agreement be-
tween the City and V. M. Cook, et al, relating to the purchase of Mall
property; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the purchase of Parcel
No. 4 in accordance with the terms and provisions of the referenced
Agreement for puchase of Real Property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Atascadero City Council that
the appropriate officers of the City are hereby authorized and di-
rected to do and perform any and all acts and things required, and to
attest, execute and deliver any and all documents and instruments nec-
essary or proper to carry out, perform and consummate the terms and
provisions of the aforesaid agreement to purchase Parcel No. 4 on be-
half of the City of Atascadero.
On motion by Councilman Wilkins and seconded by Councilman
Stover the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety
on the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Mackey, Molina, Stover, Wilkins, and Mayor Nelson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
