(The Public Financing Authority (PFA) is a public corporation empowered to borrow
money and issue bonds. The City of Atascadero formed the PFA in 2004 to assist in
raising capital for essential public projects.)

meeting at 6:00 P.M.

Chairperson O'Malley called the meeting to order at 9:55 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Board Members Clay, Fonzi, Kelley, Sturtevant and Chairperson
O'Malley
Absent: None
Others Present: Board Secretary Marcia McClure Torgerson
Staff Present: Assistant Executive Director Jim Lewis, Administrative Services
Director Rachelle Rickard, Community Development Director
Warren Frace, Public Works Director Russ Thompson, Community
Services Director Brady Cherry, Acting Police Chief Steve Gesell,
Fire Chief Kurt Stone, and City Attorney Brian Pierik.

Fonzi to approve the agenda.
Motion passed 5:0 by a roll -call vote.
