RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
ACCEPTING PORTIONS OF SAN LUCAS, SANTA LUCIA, AND EL
MONTE ROADS INTO THE CITY STREET SYSTEM
' The Council of the City of Atascadero resolves as follows:
1. Pursuant to the provisions of section 1806 of the California Streets
and Highways Code, the following streets are hereby accepted for maintenance
into the City street system.
These road sections are shown on the attached record of survey map,
(See Exhibit B) , and are more particularly described as follows:
That portion of Santa Lucia Road shown on Record of Survey Map
42 RS 28 on file at the County Recorders Office.
That portion of El Monte Road as shown on Record of survey Map
42 RS 28 fronting lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 84 and lots 31, 32, and
33, Block 85, Atascadero Colony, and Lot 16b of Parcel Map AT 81-87.
That portion of San Lucas Road as shown on Record of Survey Map
42 RS 28 fronting lot 1 and the north half of lot 17, Block 84,
lot 18, Block 57, Atascadero Colony, and lots 16b, 17b of Parcel
Map AT 81-87.
2. A copy of this resolution shall be furnished to:
Tenneco West
' On motion by Councilmember Wilkins and seconded by Councilmember
Mackey , the Atascadero City Council hereby adopts the foregoing
' resolution in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Mackey, Molina, Stover, Wilkins and Mayor Nelson
' Noes: None
Absent: None
' Adopted this 10th day of January, 1983.
