RESOLUTION NO. 2-83
A RESOLUTION OF THE ATASCADERO CITY COUNCIL
' ACCEPTING OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR GRAVES
CREEK RESERVATION NO. 7 AND PARK RESERVATION
A FROM JAMES 0. AND MARY JANE ROCKSTAD.
' WHEREAS, the Atascadero Planning Commission and City Council have
reviewed the offer of dedication pursuant to Government Code Section
65402; and,
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer of dedication conforms with pol-
icies set forth in the Open Space and Recreation Element of the 1980
Atascadero General Plan; and,
WHEREAS, escrow documents, preliminary title reports and grant
deeds have been submitted and are in acceptable form.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Atascadero City Council
does hereby accept offers of dedication from James 0. and Mary Jane
' Rockstad for Graves Creek Reservation No. 7 and Park Reservation A
described as follows:
' PARCEL NO. 1: Graves Creek Reservation No. 7, in Block 42 of Atasca-
dero Colony, in the City of Atascadero, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the map
thereof recorded October 21, 1914 in Book 3, Page 57,
' et seq. of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County.
' EXCEPTING, therefrom all streets, roads and alleys
shown on the map above referred to.
' PARCEL NO. 2: Park Reservation A, in Block 42 of Atascadero Colony,
in the City of Atascadero, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to the map thereof re-
corded October 21, 1914 in Book 3, Page 57 et seq. of
' Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County.
EXCEPTING, therefrom all oil or other hydrocarbon prod-
ucts and all other mineral products without the right;
however , to prospect for or take same from said land
while said parcel is used for residential agricultural
' or horticultural purposes as set forth and reserved by
deed from the Atascadero Estates, Inc. , recorded
June 4 , 1923 in Book 153, at page 39 of Deeds.

ALSO EXCEPTING therefrom that portion of said land
lying within the lines of Cenegal Road as shown on the
map above referred to as reserved in the deed from the
Atascadero Estates, Inc. , recorded June 4, 1923 in
Book 153, page 39 of Deeds.
t On motion by Councilman Wilkin_ and seconded by
Councilman , the foregoing resolution is adopted
in its entirety by the ollowing vote:
AYES: Councilman Mackey, Molina, Stover, Wilkins and Mayor Nelson

ABSENT: None
