CITY OF ATASCADERO -
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 14, 1999
6:30 P.M.
Conference with Real Property Negotiators (Paul Saldana and Wade McKinney)
Re: 5995 Traffic Way (Carlton Hotel)
Agency's agent may negotiate with F.L. Henderson and Associates. Discussion
will include price and terms of payment. (Govt. Code §54956.8)
The Agency Board went into Closed Session at 6:30 p.m. Executive Director Wade McKinney
announced at the close of Closed Session that there was not reportable action taken.
Chairman Johnson called the Redevelopment Agency meeting to order at 6:45 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Board Members Arrambide, Clay, Luna, Scalise and Chairman Johnson
Absent: None
Others Present: Board Secretary Marcia Torgerson and City Treasurer David Graham
Executive Director Wade McKinney, Deputy Executive Director Paul
Saldana Board Treasurer Rachelle Rickard Police Chief Dennis Hegwood,
Fire Chief Mike McCain, Community Services Director Brady Cherry,,
City Attorney Roy Hanley.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
MOTION: By Board Member Luna and seconded by Vice Chairman
Arrambide to approve the agenda.
Motion passed 5:0 by a roll -call vote.
