MINUTES
CITY OF ATASCADERO
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 09, 1999
Chairman Johnson called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Board Members Arrambide, Clay, Luna, Scalise and Chairman Johnson
Absent: None
Others Present: Board Secretary Marcia Torgerson and City Treasurer David Graham
Staff Present: Executive Director Wade McKinney, Community Services Director Brady
Cherry, Deputy Executive Director Paul Saldana, City Attorney Roy
Hanley, and Deputy City Attorney David Fleishman.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
MOTION: By Board Member Luna and seconded by Vice Chairman
Arrambide to approve the agenda.
Motion passed 5:0 by a roll -call vote.
COMMUNITY FORUM: None

MOTION: By Board Member Luna and seconded by Board Member Clay
to approve the Redevelopment Agency minutes of October 26,
1999.
Motion passed 5:0 by a roll -call vote.
B. MANAGEMENT REPORTS: None
Chairman Johnson stated that he was pleased with the presentation and first meeting last night on
the Main Street Program. Council Member Luna agreed and added that it was good to see both
factions joining together to work on a common goal. Council Member Clay added he was
disappointed that many business owners in the downtown area did not attend.
C. ADJOURNMENT:
Chairman Johnson adjourned the meeting at 6:33 p.m. to the next regularly scheduled meeting on
December 14, 1999.
