CITY OF ATASCADERO
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 26, 1999
6:30 P.M.
Chairman Johnson called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Board Members Arrambide, Clay, Luna and Chairman Johnson
Absent: [Vacancy]
Others Present: Board Secretary Marcia Torgerson, Board Treasurer Rachelle Rickard and
City Treasurer David Graham
Staff Present: Executive Director Wade McKinney, Police Chief Dennis Hegwood,
Community Services Director Brady Cherry, Deputy Executive Director
Paul Saldana, and City Attorney Roy Hanley.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
MOTION: By Vice Chairman Arrambide and seconded by Board
Member Luna to approve the agenda.
Motion passed 4:0 by a roll -call vote.
