1. Report to City Council - Atascadero Redevelopment Plan - Fiscal Impact: None (Staff
recommendation: Agency board adopt the report to City Council and call for public
hearing on June 29, 1999) [Paul Saldana]
2. Special Counsel for the Agency - (Staff recommendation: Agency Board authorize the
Executive Director to execute an agreement with Best, Best & Krieger LLP to provide
special counsel for the Agency) [Wade McKinney]
