REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
TUESDAY, JUNE 239 1998

Mayor Pro Tem Johnson called the Redevelopment Agency Meeting to order at 8:20 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Council Members Clay, Lerno, Luna and Mayor Pro Tem Johnson.
Absent: Mayor Carden
Others Present: City Clerk Marcia M. Torgerson
Staff Present: City Manager Wade McKinney, Fire Chief Mike McCain, Police Chief
Dennis Hegwood, Community Services Director Brady Cherry, Acting
Finance Director Rachelle Rickard, Community Development Director
Paul Saldana, Assistant City Engineer John Neil, Finance Technician
Valerie Humphrey, and City Attorney Roy Hanley.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
MOTION: By Council Member Luna and seconded by Council Member Clay to
approve the agenda.
Motion passed 4:0 by a roll -call vote.
A. CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. Redevelopment Agency Minutes —June 09,1998 — (City Clerk recommendation:
Approve) [Marcia Torgerson]
MOTION: By Council Member Luna and seconded by Council Member Lerno to
approve Item #A-1.

B. PUBLIC HEARING:
1. Redevelopment Agency Budget Fiscal Year 1998-99
Community and Economic Development Director Paul Saldana gave the staff report.
There was no Public Comment on this item.
MOTION: By Council Member Luna and seconded by Council Member Clay to
adopt Resolution No. RA 1998-002 approving the Redevelopment
Agency Budget for Fiscal Year 1998-99.
Motion passed 4:0 by a roll -call vote.
C. ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Pro Tem Johnson adjourned this meeting at 8:25 p.m. to continue the Closed Session.
