REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
TUESDAY, JULY 149 1998
(immediately following City Council Regular Session)
Chairman Carden called the meeting to order at 7:52 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Board Members Clay, Johnson, Luna, Secretary Marcia Torgerson and
Chairman Carden
Absent: Board Member Lerno
Staff Present: Community Services Director Brady Cherry, Chief of Police Dennis
Hegwood, Administrative Services Director Rachelle Rickard,
Community and Economic Development Director Paul Saldana, and City
Attorney Roy Hanley.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
**AW MOTION: By Board Member Luna and seconded by Board Member Johnson to
approve the agenda.
Motion passed 4:0 by a roll -call vote.
A. CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. Redevelopment Agency Minutes —June 23, 1998 — (Secretary recommendation:
Approve) [Marcia Torgerson]
MOTION: By Board Member Luna and seconded by Board Member Clay to
approve the Consent Calendar.
Motion passed 4:0 by a roll -call vote.
B. PUBLIC HEARING: None.
C. ADJOURNMENT:
Chairman Carden adjourned the meeting at 7:55 p.m. to the next Regular Session of the City
Council on July 28, 1998.
