REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 27, 1998
(immediately following City Council Regular Session)
Chairman Carden called the Redevelopment Agency Meeting to order at 7:54 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Board Members Clay, Johnson, Lemo, Luna and Chairman Carden
Absent: None
Others Present: Marcia McClure Torgerson, Secretary
Staff Present: City Manager Wade McKinney, Police Chief Dennis Hegwood, Fire Chief
Mike McCain, Community Services Director Brady Cherry,
Administrative Services Director Rachelle Rickard, Community
Development Director Paul Saldana, and City Attorney Roy Hanley.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
MOTION: By Vice -Chairman Johnson and seconded by Board Member Luna to
approve the agenda.
Motion passed 5:0 by a roll -call vote.
COMMUNITY FORUM: None.
A. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Redevelopment Agency Minutes — October 13, 1998 — (City Clerk recommendation:
Approve) [Marcia Torgerson]
MOTION: By Vice -Chairman Johnson and seconded by Board Member Clay to
approve Item #A-1.
Motion passed 5:0 by a roll -call vote.
B. ADJOURNMENT:
Chairman Carden adjourned the Redevelopment Agency Meeting at 7:55 p.m. to the Next
Regular Session of the City Council scheduled on November 10, 1998.
