MINUTES
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 09,1999
(immediately following City Council Regular Session)
Chairman Johnson called the meeting to order at 11:45 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Board Members Arrambide, Clay, Lerno, Luna and Chairman Johnson
Absent: None
Others Present: Board Secretary Marcia Torgerson
Staff Present: City Manager Wade McKinney, Police Lt. Bill Watton, Fire Chief
Mike McCain, Community Services Director Brady Cherry,
Administrative Services Director Rachelle Rickard, Community and
Economic Development Director Paul Saldana, Associate Planner Judy
Lautner, Assistant City Engineer John Neil and City Attorney Roy Hanley
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
MOTION: By Board Member Clay and seconded by Board Member Lerno to
approve the agenda.
Motion passed 5:0 by a voice vote.
COMMUNITY FORUM: None
A. CONSENT CALENDAR: None
B. PROJECT STATUS REPORTS:
1. January 1999
Community and Economic Development Director Paul Saldana gave the report explaining that
vao, he was handing out information concerning exclusive right to negotiate agreements (see
Attachment A). He explained that we have a project coming up and he wanted to explain the
process before the Board reviews the project.
C. MANAGEMENT REPORTS: None
D. ADJOURNMENT:
Chairman Johnson adjourned the meeting at 11:50 p.m. to the next regular meeting on February
23, 1999.
