' RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO ACCEPTING A PORTION OF SAN MARCOS ROAD
INTO THE CITY STREET SYSTEM.

City ad r t sc e o resolves as follows:
1. Pursuant to the provisions of section 1806 of the California
Streets and Highways Code, the following street is hereby accepted
for -maintenance into the City street system.
That portion of San Marcos Road, being 40 feet wide
as shown in Book 3 of Maps of Atascadero Colony, at
Page 56, Records of San Luis Obispo County, California,
the centerline being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the end of a curve with a radius
of 573 . 1 feet, said point being distant N4°44 ' 38"E 290 . 90
feet from the intersection of the westerly right-of-way
line of San Marcos Road and the south line of Lot 4, Block
41 of said map; thence S80341W, 128 . 2 feet to the beginning
of a curve concave to East with a radius of 286 . 6 feet;
thence continuing along said curve a distance of 161. 23 feet
through a central angle of 32°14 ' thence S23040 'E, 221. 9
feet to the beginning of a curve concave to West with a
radius of 95. 8 feet; thence continuing along said curve a
distance of 50 . 66 feet through a central angle of 30018 ' ;
thence S60381W, 544 . 0 feet to the beginning of a curve con-
cave to the East with a radius of 286 .6 feet; thence con-
tinuing along said curve a distance of 93 . 87 feet through a
' central angle of 18046 ' ;thence S120081E, 207 . 0 feet to the
beginning of a curve concave to the Northeast with a radius
of 573. 1 feet; thence continuing along said curve a distance
of 171. 04 feet through a central angle of 170061 ; thence
S29014 'E 67 . 1 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the
West with a radius of 95. 8 feet;thence continuing along said
' curve a distance of 79. 64 feet. through a central angle of
47038 ' ; thence S180241W, 241. 73 feet to the POINT OF TERMI-
NATION, said point being distance S8006 ' 59"E 727 . 02 feet from
the intersection of the westerly right-of-way line of San
Marcos Road and the north line of Lot 2 , Block 41 of said
map.

adopts the foregoing resolution in its entirety on the following
