RESOLUTION NO. 14-82
' RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF PARCEL NO. 3 IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND
' V. M. COOK, ET AL, RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OF MALL PROPERTY
' WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Atascadero has approved
an Agreement beween the City and V. M. Cook, et al, relating to
the purchase of Mall Property; and
WHEREAS , the Council desires to authorize the purchase of
Parcel No. 3 in accordance with the terms and provisions of the
referenced Agreement for purchase of Real Property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Atascadero City Council
that the appropriate officers of the City are hereby authorized
and directed to do and perform any and all acts and things re-
quired, and to attest, execute and deliver any and all documents
and instruments necessary or proper to carry out, perform and
consummate the terms and provisions of the aforesaid agreement to
purchase Parcel No. 3 on behalf of he City of Atascadero.
On motion by Councilman Stover and seconded by Councilman
' Mackey the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in its
entirety on the following vote:
' AYES: Councilmen Highland, Mackey, Nelson, Stover, and Mayor
Wilkins
NOES: None
