RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 34-81 REGARDING
PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON STATE ROUTE 41,
SPECIFICALLY ON EL CAMINO REAL AND WEST MALL
WHEREAS, the Atascadero City Council did, on October 26, 1981,
adopt Resolution No. 34-81 recommending certain parking restrictions
on State Route 41, specifically on El Camino Real and West Mall; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution was forwarded to the State of Califor-
nia, Department of Transportation for their approval and/or recommen-
dations regarding same; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation has responded by making
certain recommendations for modifying City of Atascadero Resolution
No. 34-81.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Atascadero City Council
that the attached "Exhibit A" is hereby adopted and replaces the Exhi-
bit A adopted by Resolution No. 34-81.
On motion by Councilman Nelson and seconded by Councilman
Highland , the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in its
entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Highland, Mackey, Nelson, Stover and Mayor
Wilkins
NOES: None
