RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND GIVING NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF BALBOA ROAD
(CONTRACT NO. 81-17)
' WHEREAS, the Atascadero City Council did, on October 26,
1981, award a contract to Ventures West Inc. , 1048 Barstow Ave-
nue, Clovis, California, for the reconstruction of Balboa Road
' (Contract No. 81-17) ; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified that said work has
been completed in accordance with the provisions of the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said work is accepted as
completed on December 21, 1981, and the City Clerk is hereby di-
rected to file a notice of completion in the office of the re-
corder of the County of San Luis Obispo.
' On motion by Nelson and seconded by Councilman Highland
the Atascadero City Council hereby adopts the foregoing proposed
resolution in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
' AYES: Councilmen Highland, Mackey, Nelson, Stover and
Mayor Wilkins
NOES: None
' ABSENT: None
