COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
TUESDAY, June 22, 2004
6:30 P.M.
Chairperson O'Malley called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Board Members Clay, Luna, Scalise, Pacas and Chairperson
O'Malley

Marty Tracey, Deputy Public Works Director Geoff English, Deputy

MOTION: By Board Member Luna and seconded by Board Member Clay
to approve the agenda.

Chairperson O'Malley announced there would be an emergency closed session of the
City Council following the Community Redevelopment Agency meeting.
COMMUNITY FORUM:
None
BOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS AND REPORTS:
Chairperson O'Malley stated he had heard a lot of positive feed back on the downtown
streetscapes around the Carlton Hotel, and on the new downtown Farmer's Market.
A. CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. Community Redevelopment Agency Minutes — May 25, 2004

Redevelopment Agency minutes of May 25, 2004. (Board
Secretary)
MOTION: By Board Member Luna and seconded by Board Member Clay
to approve Item #A-1.
Motion passed 5:0 by a voice vote.
B. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REPORT: Wade McKinney, Executive Director
Executive Director McKinney updated the Board on the cleaning and repaving of the
alley where the downtown Farmer's Market is now taking place.
C. ADJOURNMENT
Chairperson O'Malley adjourned the meeting at 6:32 p.m.
