COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2004
6:30 P.M.
Chairperson O'Malley called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Board Members Clay, Luna, Scalise, Pacas and Chairperson
O'Malley
Absent: None
Others Present: Board Secretary Marcia McClure Torgerson
Staff Present: Executive Director Wade McKinney, Redevelopment Specialist
Marty Tracey, Board Treasurer Rachelle Rickard, Community
Development Director Warren Frace, Deputy Director of Public
Works Geoff English, Information Technology Director Andrew
Fruin, Public Works Technician Valerie Humphrey, City Attorney
Roy Hanley and Recording Secretary Grace Pucci.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
MOTION: By Board Member Luna and seconded by Board Member Clay
to approve the agenda.
Motion passed 5:0 by a roll -call vote.

B. DIRECTOR'S REPORT: Wade McKinney, Executive Director
Executive Director McKinney introduced Redevelopment Specialist Marty Tracey. Mr.
Tracey addressed the Board.
C. ADJOURNMENT:
Chairperson O'Malley adjourned the meeting at 6:34 p.m. to the closed session.

a. Conference with Real Property Negotiators - (Govt. Code §
54956.8)
Negotiator: City Manager, Wade McKinney
Negotiating Party: Carlton Properties LLC
Property: Old Bakery building and adjacent vacant lot at the
northeast corner of EI Camino Real and Traffic Way -►
Instructions to Negotiator will include both price and terms of
payment
3. CLOSED SESSION REPORT
City Attorney Roy Hanley stated that no reportable action was taken.
