RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE
CENTRAL COAST CITIES SELF INSURANCE FUND JOINT POWERS
AGREEMENT FOR DEFERRED COMPENSATION AND APPOINTING
CITY REPRESENTATIVE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
' RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Atascadero hereby ap-
proves the Addendum to Joint Powers Agreement Establishing the Central
Coast Self Insurance Fund to provide for Deferred Compensation Bene-
fits , which Addendum is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference .
FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute all necessary documents on behalf of the
City of Atascadero; and
' FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of the basic
Joint Powers Agreement , the City Manager is hereby appointed said
City' s representative to the Board of Directors , and the Director of
Finance is hereby appointed the alternate.
On motion by Councilman Nelson and seconded by Councilman
Highland , the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in its en-
tirety on the following roll call vote :
AYES: Councilmen Highland, Mackey, Nelson, Stover and Mayor

ABSENT: None
