■ General Counsel recommendations: Agency Board:
1. Adopt draft Resolution approving a loan agreement with the City of Atascadero; and,
2. Authorize the Administrative Services Director to appropriate an additional
$720,000.00 for the purchase of real property. [City Attorney]
