RESOLUTION NO. 19-81
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND GIVING NOTICE OF
COMPLETION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PHASE I OF THE
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING RENOVATION ( BID NO. 81-2)
WHEREAS, the Atascadero City Council did, on February
10 , 1981, award a contract to Tara Construction, Route 3,
Box 269N, San Luis Obispo, California, for construction of
Phase I of the Administration Building Renovation (Bid No.
81-2) ; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified that said
work has been completed in accordance with the provisions
of the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said work is ac-
cepted as completed on July 131 1981, and the City Clerk is
hereby directed to file a notice of completion in the office
of the recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo.
On motion by Councilman Mackey and seconded by
Councilman Highland , the Atascadero City Council hereby
adopts the foregoing proposed resolution in its entirety
on the following roll call vote :
AYES: Councilmen Highland, Mackey, Nelson, Stover and
Mayor Wilkins
NOES: None

' TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the undersigned Clerk of
the City of Atascadero San Luis Obispo County, California,
' that the construction of Phase I of the Administration
Building Renovation for the City of Atascadero (Bid No.
r81-2) , has been completed by Tara Construction, and that
said work was accepted as completed on July 13, 1981, by
the Atascadero Cit Council b adoption of Resolution No. 19-81

' The undersigned hereby deposes and says;
That he is the Clerk of the City of ATASCADERO, San
