Chairperson Clay called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Board Members, O'Malley, Scalise, Luna and Chairperson Clay
Absent: Board Member Pacas
Others Present: Board Secretary Marcia McClure Torgerson and Recording
Secretary Grace Pucci
Staff Present: Executive Director Wade McKinney, Assistant Executive Director
Jim Lewis, Community Services Director Brady Cherry, Community
Development Director Warren Frace, Police Chief John Couch, Fire
Chief Kurt Stone and City Attorney Patrick Enright.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA:
MOTION: By Vice Chairperson Luna and seconded by Board Member
O'Malley to approve the agenda.
Motion passed 4:0 by a roll -call vote.
