Chairperson Clay called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Board Members O'Malley, Pacas, Luna and Chairperson Clay
Absent: Board Member Scalise

MOTION: By Vice Chairperson Luna and seconded by Board Member
Pacas to approve the agenda.
Motion passed 4;0 by a roll -call vote.
