RESOLUTION OF THE' ATASCADERO CITY COUNCIL
APPROVING THE LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ATASCADERO AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
FOR USE OF STATE PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED that the Atascadero City Council
hereby approves that certain agreement between the City
of Atascadero and the State of California entitled
LEASE AGREEMENT, dated July 1, 1981 for approximately
twenty acres, more or less, of property located on the
Atascadero State Hospital grounds; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is
hereby authorized to sign said agreement upon approval
as to form by the City Attorney.
iOn motion by Councilman Nelson and seconded by
Councilman Highland , the foregoing resolution is
hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call
vote:
AYES: Councilmen Highland, Mackey, Nelson, Stover and
Mayor Wilkins
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
