B. NEW BUSINESS
1. Parks and Recreation Commission Fundamentals, including, but not limited to, Brown Act, Conflict of Interest, and
Parliamentary Procedures — Roy Hanley, City Attorney
Roy Hanley, City Attorney, presented a Power Point presentation (copies of slides available at the City of
Atascadero, Community Services Department, 6500 Palma Avenue, Room 107. Mr. Hanley also handed out
Parliamentary Procedures to the Commission.
MOTION by: Commissioner Butz and seconded by Chairperson Gail Kudlac to place the Sunken
Gardens Master Plan on a future Agenda

Chairman Kudlac adjourned the meeting at 7:25 p.m.

FOR JUNE 19, 2003 AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE CITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 4TH FLOOR ROTUNDA.
