1. Brown Act Review
Roy Hanley, City Attorney (continued to Special Meeting on June 5, 2003)
2. Roundtable discussion
Deputy Director of Community Services Geoff English, presented a slide program on the organizational structure and
areas of responsibilities of the various Divisions of the Community Services Department including; Recreation, Charles
Paddock Zoo and Building Maintenance. Also presented were Departmental goals for fiscal year 2003-2004.
3. Commission Orientation
Assistant City Manager, Brady Cherry, distributed and reviewed the Parks and Recreation Commission Orientation
packet

Chairman Kudlac adjourned the meeting at 9:10 p.m.
THE NEXT PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION MEETING WILL BE A REGULAR SESSION SCHEDULED
FOR JUNE 19, 2003 AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE CITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 4TH FLOOR ROTUNDA.
