RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF PARCEL NO. 2 IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND
V. M. COOK, ET AL, RELATING TO THE PURCHASE OF MALL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the 'Council of the City of Atascadero has
approved an Agreement between the City and V. M. Cook,
et al, relating to the purchase of Mall Property; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the purchase
of Parcel No. 2 in accordance with the terms and provisions
of the referenced Agreement for purchaseofReal Property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Atascadero
resolves as follows:
Section. The appropriate officers of the City are
' hereby authorized and directed to do and perform any and
all acts and things required, and to attest, execute and
deliver any and all documents and instruments necessary or
1 proper to carry out, perform and consummate the terms and
provisions of the aforesaid agreement to purchase Parcel
No. 2 on behalf of the City of Atascadero.
On motion by Councilman Nelson and seconded by
Councilman Mackey the foregoing resolution is hereby
adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote;
AYES : Councilmen Highland, Mackey, Nelson, Stover and
Mayor Wilkins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ADOPTED: March 9, 1981
