RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
TO PURCHASE CERTAINITEMS
BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Atascadero does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement,
Department of General Services of the State of California
to purchase General Items for and on the behalf of the
City of Atascadero pursuant to Section 14814, Government
Code and that MurrayL Warden City Manager or Ralph H.
Dowell, Jr. , Purchasing Agent, are hereby authorized and
directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and
other documents in connection therewith for and on behalf
of the City of Atascadero.
On motion by Councilman Nelson and seconded by
Councilman Highland , the foregoing resolution is hereby
adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Highland, Mackey, Nelson, Stover and
Mayor Wilkins
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ADOPTED: August 11, 1980
