RESOLUTION NO. 11-80
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
APPROVING THE BUDGET FOR THE 1980-1981 FISCAL YEAR
AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Atascadero as
follows :
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 37208 of
the Government Code, that certain document entitled "Final Budget
for the City of Atascadero for the Fiscal Year 1980-81," on file
in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby approved as the budget
for the City of Atascadero for the fiscal year 1980-1981 to the
extent of the totals set forth for each function in the General
Fund, Special Revenue Funds , Enterprise ,Fundi Reserves and totals
set forth for each capital project.
Section 2. The City Manager, upon recommendation of the
Finance Director, may transfer funds within, but not between, each
of the functional appropriations of the General Funds as required
to achieve the purpose of this function.
Section 3. The Council, from time to time, by motion, may
approve and authorize the payment of non-budgeted demands from
appropriated funds; and may appropriate funds for budgeted or non-
budgeted items, and any such appropriation for a non-budgeted item
shall constitute an approval to issue a warrant in payment of a
proper demand or demands therefor.
Section 4. This resolution shall become effective and in full
force immediately upon its passage.
