RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ATASCADERO APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
V.M. COOK, ET AL. , RELATING TO THE
PURCHASE OF MALL PROPERTY.

WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Atascadero desires

to purchase certain property located on the Mall as a site for
the development of proposed municipal facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Atascadero
resolves as follows:
Section 1. That certain agreement between the City
' of Atascadero and V.M. Cook, et al. , copy of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk, is hereby approved, and the Mayor
' and the City Clerk, respectively, are authorized and directed to
execute and attest said agreement on behalf of the City.
Section 2 . The appropriate officers of the City are
hereby authorized and directed to do and perform any and all acts
and things required, and to attest, execute, and deliver any and
all further documents and instruments necessary or proper to
carry out, perform, and consummate the terms and provisions of
' the aforesaid agreement on behalf of the City of Atascadero.
Section 3. Upon the adoption of this resolution,
the City Clerk is directed to forward an authenticated copy of
this resolution, together with a copy of the agreement described
