HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 04-80 RESOLUTION NO. 4-80 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A S FOOT WIDENING OF A CERTAIN ROA© INTO THE CITY ROAD SYSTEM CITY ROAD NO. 4176 The following resolution is hereby offered and read: WHEREAS, the City of Atascadero, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, has been duly requested to accept a certain offer to dedicate for additional widening of a road presently in the maintained system in said City; and WHEREAS, the County Engineer by letter dated February 25, 1980, has duly recommended that the City Council: Accept the offer of dedication for public use of a 5' strip along Balboa Road as shown on Parcel Map AT 78-041. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the City Council of the City of Atascadero: 1. That the offer to dedicate for the 5 foot widening of City Read No. 4176 as shown on Parcel. Map AT 78-0411 is hereby accepted into and made a part "of the City Road System, to be maintained in kind, and shall and does constitute a public highway in the City of Atascadero. 2. That the City Clerk be and hereby is authorized and directed to record a copy of the resolution in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo. M Upon motion of Councilman Highland seconded by Councilman Nelson , and on the following roll call vote to-wit: AXES: Councilmen Highland, Mackey, Nelson, Stover and Mayor NOES.
